Von Alst Operating, LLC has proudly built a reputation throughout Missouri and Illinois as a dependable contractor that continually exceeds clients' expectation. In 1989, Gerald “Jerry” Von Alst teamed up with his daughter, Pamela Burnham, and two sons, Douglas and Daniel Von Alst, to form Von Alst Incorporated in Swansea, Illinois. Prior to the formation of Von Alst Incorporated, Jerry and a fellow employee acquired the Illinois division from Henges Construction in 1970, which was located in Collinsville, Illinois. Over the next decade, they built a solid reputation as an accomplished and reliable commercial subcontractor throughout the region, transitioning that reputation to Von Alst Incorporated at its formation.
